This trek takes you from the Majes Himalayan range to the Mighty Karakorams with a cultural touch in the queen of beauty 'Hunza Valley'.

The first day from Islamabad to Chilas is fairly long along the KKH for about 8-9 hours but not boring at all. Get ready the next day to move for  the pristine and secluded Land of Fairies 'Fairy Meadows' lies at the backdrop of the Killer Mountain, Nanga Parbat. 

Explore surroundings , no doubt, you have the most fascinating views in surrounding giving you an unforgettable experience of the Himalayans.

The next part of your journey takes you to the Majestic Karakorams. You are done with Himalayans and you are heading for Gilgit, the capital of Northern Areas also known as hub of ancient Silk Route. Gilgit has been the meeting point of ancient caravans trading between China and the west but now it's only the capital of the Northern Areas. 

Hunza is about 90 km from Gilgit but due to magnificient views along the KKH it takes atleast 3 hours to get Hunza. Culturally Hunza is very rich and the most interesting thing among all is it's hospitable inhabitants and longivity factor that attracts so many tourists.

Huza is surrounded by majestic Karaoram Peaks like Rakaposhi, Diran, Golden Peak and Lady finger. Its colorful bazaars are mobbed with foreign as well as local tourists. Moreover, recently renovated Baltit Fort and Altit Fort add beauty to the name of Hunza valley.
